The Adulation kick off meeting

The first Adulation project’s kick off meeting took place on Friday, November 13th 2020. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the meeting was held on the online platform ZOOM. During the meeting the project partners presented their own organisations and contribution to the project. The project outputs and related activities were presented and agreed upon. Moreover, plans for future have been made and a future meeting has been planned.

The “ADULATION- Adult Education for Social Change” project addresses the need of adult educators for continuous professional development with a focus on competences to support the active participation of the adult learners in society.

The project aims at providing adult educators with better tools to apply the social dimension on their daily professional activities. Adult education professionals will be introduced to innovative tools and methodologies to ensure that adult and senior learners with fewer opportunities become active citizens and volunteers. Greater civic engagement is the foundation for social change and can impact countries and regions throughout Europe.

The ADULATION project also aims at involving more organisations at international level to be motivated to conduct further research and implement improvements in the adult education sector.
